Rates for Summer 2010:

Special weekly or monthly rates are available upon request.

Reservations:

To make a reservation, please e-mail, call or fax with information on:

• Dates requested
• Number of rooms needed and number of people in your party
• Your contact information (name, day-time phone number, e-mail and address)

We require a 50% nonrefundable reservation fee (by check, not credit card) to hold your room. (The fee is applied to total rental charges.) Reservations are considered final only when the reservation fee has been received.

Cancellations:

We charge:

• A $10 cancellation fee for cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date;
• A cancellation fee of 50% of each room charge for cancellations received 30–15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date; and
• A cancellation fee of 100% of each room charge for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation!
